Emerald Group Consulting is an Irish owned Russian registered company. The main director of the company Paul Antony Byrne has been working in the education field in Russia for some 8 years now and therefore is very experienced at all levels of Russian education from kindergarten to university level. This experience has helped him select and develop English language training programs and summer programs which are specifically structured to suit the needs of Russian clients.
